An Optifast Accredited Practitioner will help support your weight loss journey from the Intensive Phase through to Maintenance. Connect online and enjoy ongoing monitoring, support and information. We strongly encourage follow up appointments for accountability and advice around transitioning the four phases of the Optifast programme.

Cancellation Policy

For cancellations, please contact us at least 24 hours prior to your booking to avoid a 30% cancellation fee. If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 3 hours prior to your booking to avoid a 30% late notification fee.
